   The specially manufactured diamond coated teeth wire is accurately fitted to the opening roller body, with corrosion resistance and wear resistance, and its service life is twice higher than that of polished wire, which is widely suitable for various fibers.

2. Solid ring for Rieter R40/R60 Opening Roller

  The solid ring produced by JSM is not a general carding component embedded with body and wire, but manufactured integrally. In this way, the phenomenon of sticking and winding caused by redundant grooves and burrs is avoided. In the process of rotary carding, the surface airflow skin layer is more stable and the fiber transfer smoother, which is conducive to improving the quality of the yarn evenness.
